Coworking spaces are popping everywhere, often being part of a widely spread network, but also as individual initiatives, in medium-sized cities. Those spaces' managers need to deal a lot of different questions, from members registration to advertising and events organization.
How to ease the role of coworking manager and help them deal with their business ?
With a few collaborative workshops, we defined the product vision: Coffi should be a go-to tool for all things related to coworking management. To express that vision, it had to present a simple dashboard as home page, with key figures about the coworking activity.
We discussed with coworking managers to select the most relevant indicators. They all agreed that number of members over time and plans repartition (if any) were the metrics they had to follow-up on a week-to-week basis.
A big part of coworking work is linked to its members : registration, plans, follow-up, contacts... In Coffi, we built a dedicated space for members management, with key metrics and exhaustive list of members.
Once someone is ready to become a member, the coworking manager can easily create a new entry, fill the information or let the member do it himself via link sharing.
If you run a coworking, you want it to be clear for your members and you want it to shine on your acquisition channels. Coffi gathers all of these in the Venue section.
Coworking manager can easily define opening hours and upload some guides for the members, so that they can make the most of their working day in the coworking space.
Coworking promotion often goes through networks websites. The pain is to manage all those different networks at the same time and keep an updated information. With Coffi API, a coworking manager can simply manage everything once and choose the platforms he wants to appear on.
Finally, to make a coworking space more than a collection of desks, a manager often organizes events and trainings for the members. A lot of different tools were used, which led to some friction in communication, so we added an Agenda in Coffi.
